Time: 2H30minutes, private transportation / 3H30minutes, Public transportation (Bus) From Manta: Take The Road South to "La Ruta del Sol" to Puerto Lopez, from here travel 40 minutes and you'll arrive at Guayas Province at a Little town call La Entrada, from la Entrada drive 10 minutes south and you'll arrive in San Jose. Our Samai Centro sign is about 200 meters after San Jose sign. Look for our sign on the left and turn immediately and follow the Samai signs 1.3Km up hill. Aprox.
