Facilitators Ed Tuttle
Ed Tuttle has been on a spiritual path for over 25 years, studying and practicing Buddhist meditation, Christian mysticism and Shamanism. He has studied with Zen masters, lived with Andean shamans and spent many nights deep in the rain forest learning of the ancient spiritual systems encoded in the shamans cosmology. Ed has a special sensitivity to nature and facilitates the interaction with the timeless plant teachers on our journeys into the rain forest and the Andes Mountains. samai@easynet.net.ec Tania Tuttle
Tania Duran Tuttle is from the Andes Mountains of Ecuador. She has studied for 9 years with Ecuadorian Shamans: "The Bird People" from the Andes Mountains and the Ayahuasqueros (i-a-was-ker-oes) and Tabaqueros" from the Amazon Rainforest. In her practice she includes ancient Andean and Amazonian healing techniques, ceremonies, and rituals as well as shamanic Feng Shui and tarot cards. She is also a journalist and an artist. Tania creates and organizes the journeys in which she guides, translates, and assists in ceremonies. samai@easynet.net.ec Elizabeth Kramer Elizabeth Kramer has been studying and working with shamans in the US and South America for many years. She was initiated into the path of light at an early age. She comes from Peru and much of her knowledge was taught by her Indian grandmother. She has been trained in Eastern mysticism, Chinese medicine, ritual & ceremony & shamanic healing. She has been initiated in the Yachak tradition of the Andes and by shamans in the Amazon Rainforest. Elisabeth is a licensed acupuncturist and practices Shamanic healing in Baltimore, Md. brings together people from a wide range of disciplines and perspectives to
support community and economic development worldwide. Our objectives include: Jack Hart Young John Hart Young, of Encinitas California, organizes shamanic tours for Sacred Journeys Inc. for the western region of the United States. Jack holds a masters degree in counseling psychology and has many years of professional experience as a group facilitator and therapist. On eight journeys to India since 1971 he has investigated and participated in the diverse sacred traditions of Asian spirituality and in 1998, with fellow therapists from southern California, was granted a private interview with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. Mr. Young is a certified chemical dependency recovery specialist who has served as a key advisor for some of India's top addiction and HIV/AIDS treatment centers. His extensive international travel and service work includes several trips to Ecuador since 2001. Jack has tremendous, loving energy for group facilitation and for the healing work of self-exploration and awareness development. |
